Welcome to Living ("Living", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Living. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Living.

If you use the Living app for iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, Apple's agreement prevails for the iPhone app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Living.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree to use Living responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of Living.
• Infringe on the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Living.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

Living is free to use. The Free plan includes the Life Calendar and daily journaling. Premium features — the full shape library, shape recoloring, shape styling and more photos per day — are available with a paid plan:

• Plus — a monthly auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers may be offered a free trial; its length is shown before you subscribe.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium features permanently.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.

A subscription renews automatically at the same price for each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Living under Profile → Plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium features until the end of the period you have paid for.

Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase on a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore purchases on the plan screen.

Deleting your Living account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your Apple Account settings first.

We may change features, plans or prices in the future. Price changes to an existing subscription follow Apple's rules, including notifying you in advance.

Living is designed to support personal organization, productivity, habit building, and overall well-being.

The Service is provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Living, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

Living is provided "as is" and "as available."

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Living.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

You may stop using Living and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription (see section 6).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Service.

Your continued use of Living after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
